Several errors were made by our supplier for which we take full responsibility In the end the engine kit was completely out of stock.To remedy the error we sent the correct kit to the customer through another supplier for which our cost was twice what the customer paid We did this in good faith because the original error was ours.This engine kit was sent overnight UPS and we asked the customer to call to verify all was correctUPS tracking shows the kit was delivered on Friday, and despite numerous calls to the customer we have not received a call back nor have they answered our calls.He was sent a pre-paid UPS return label for the return of the incorrect parts received.We thought we made it clear to the customer that we refunded his shipping charges due to our error We sent him a $engine kit for his payment of $276, told the customer that we were correcting the problems with our supplier for the first two errors and how sorry we were for the wrong kit being sentWe followto ensure everything was correct with the most recent shipping We do not understand why the customer proceeded to file a Revdex.com complaint, but we feel we did everything we could to resolve the issue.Thank you

I corresponded with *** regarding the issue prior to receiving the Revdex.com notice Here is a recap: I apologized on behalf of the company for her experience and assured her that all of our customer representatives have extensive training and monthly refresher meetings in order to provide
the best customer service we can In the event that something does go wrong like this we strive to make things right with the customer To this end *** was fully refunded for her purchase and I had the part she needed sent to her free of charge using UPS 2nd day air shipping, also free of charge I hope she will give us another chance the next time she needs something, if not I completely understand

Although we stand behind our policy of shipping most parts within one business day, this is our busiest time of year and sometimes things can and do go wrong We apologize to *** for the delay in receiving his parts We have credited his *** purchase in full, for both the tractor
parts he received from us and the shipping costs An email was sent to him via our *** account notifying him of the credit and we wish him all the best with his tractor
