promptly contacted the customer via phone and set up a day and time to inspect their complaint. On 08/17/2016 I showed up at the customer's home and went over the contract and upon inspection of his property I found a couple of areas my technician had missed. I informed the customer that he did have a warranty with the work that I had done for him and made sure he had my correct contact number that way if he had any further issues while under warranty he could and should contact me. By the end of that afternoon I took care of the areas that had been missed and the customer seemed very happy with the work. I apologized for the mix up and assured the customer if I received a call from him I would get back to him ASAP.In conclusion this issue has been taken care of with the customer, and I believe he is currently content with my work.Sincerely,Tony YetterYetter Critter Getter LLC765-309-7843
