Refrigerator broke, 2/23 Item Ordered through amazon, 2/24. Delivery Window was 2/27-3/5. Between that time there was no valid tracking number provided. 3/5 passes. Spoke to a manager on 3/6. Received a VERBAL promise delivery will he made 3/10 Tuesday. I then receive a text that item will not be delivered till 3/11 Wednesday.

This is the worst company I have ever seen. Example, we ordered 2chairs from appliances connection. In New York,(I think N.Y.) On 10-8-19, the manufactor shipped and was received at YF on 10-19,out for delivery 10-21 had to call because not delivered, said wind warning in Chesapeake area (lie), 10-25 out for delivery said truck broke down in New Port News, if they called, we could have driven across the river and picked up. 10-28 out for delivery NEVER DELIVERED, 10-30 out for delivery NEVER DELIVERED, now its 10-31 HALLOWEEN WILL IT GET DELIVERED???? WHAT A JOKE, SAID CAN'T GET OVER A BRIDGE IN BALTIMORE. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN UNLESS AMAZON, WAYFAIR, OVERSTOCK, can't give a 1 star rating

YF Logistics is a very disorganized company. I was supposed to have a refrigerator delivered through them but the delivery time passed and I received a phone call stating the driver would not be able to make it that day. An hour and a half later he shows up and when I mentioned the phone call I got he said “Oh, I forgot I don’t have it.” and turned around and left. I rescheduled for the following Tuesday and they called on Monday and said they were 20 minutes away. When I mentioned we had rescheduled for Tuesday because I wasn’t home they said ok and then didn’t show up Tuesday because they never put the delivery back into the system. I ended up canceling my order and will just go to the store!

We ordered a refrigerator through ***. The trucking company who delivered the refrigerator and installed it was YF Logistics. They did not install the water line correctly and they also damaged our water shut off valve during installation. The next morning we noticed the ceiling in our basement was wet from flooding of the water line/installation of the refrigerator. We contacted the company and sent photos of the damage to the appliance company and the trucking company with no resolve. They did not accept any responsiblity for the damage. We had to have an emergency plumber come to fix the leek and replace the water shut off valve.

We also purchased a 72" water line with the refrigerator that they never delivered. I did sign a receipt that we received the refrigerator but I did not realize I was signing that we had received the hose because we did not.
