CEO child response
Hey I’m the ceo child this address is way to old and the owner lives in Atlanta now and there’s only one recent 5 star response rated 1 star so people would see

I bought hair from this company that totalled $694, including shipping for exposition shipping. I paid to have the item at my house in 3 days, a day before I was scheduled to receive my wig I reach out to the yhasi by email and told her that I hadn’t yet received a tracking number she explained that the hair she had on hand wasn’t of the best quality there I’d have to wait an additional week mine you there was no discussion of the extras $54 I paid for expedited shipping! I agreed to wait because I thought I was getting a good wig; as much as I was mad because I had to reschedule a shoot I was comforted in the fact that I thought I was receiving quality product. I finally got a tracking number and a message indicating that I would have to pay customers tax which would be an additional $26 I reach out to her and explained that this is now getting annoying she agreed to reimburse me $13 for the customs charge which she did credit to my credit card. I paid the customs fee and they finally released it for delivery, The wig finally arrived 13 days after it’s original date of delivery! Immediately after receiving this product I ran my hand through the “luxury wig” only to witness an enormous amount of shedding. I figured this country be possible it may be due to packaging. I took it to my stylist and she indicated immediately that this is mixed hair. I still allowed her to do her strand text with the knots and customizing the wig. It didn’t budge she washed it and still nothing. It lost all the curls and looked like a matted beauty supply hair store wig! At this point I had to cancel my already reschedule shoot because this crap wasn’t gonna sit on my head! I reached out to her the next day (3days since having the wig) and explained what had happened. All that immediate respond via email before I recurved the wig had stopped. I’m still waiting to hear from her! This needs the public’s attention because at this point I’m not about to loose $700+ on a trashy wig!

The following is an email I sent to the company voicing my concern with their product.
I usually am not a person who reached out to a company when I am unhappy with a product, but this is something I just could not keep quiet about and need to let you know my experience with your hair extensions. I purchased 4 bundles (2*28, 1*26, 1*24) and a frontal. I sent over $700, and that was only because I had purchased a few bundles on sale. I had the hair weaved into my head and returned to the hairdresser 3 weeks later to have it washed. To make a long story short, she had to remove the frontal and threw it in the garbage because she said it was a matted mess and there was no way to reuse it. Then all the other tracks were removed and washed and placed in my head again after she spent an hour trying to detangle the hair to use it again after washing it. I had to go to the local beauty supply store and purchase a closure to substitute the frontal. After 2 weeks I returned to have the hair washed and style again for an event. At this point the hair was washed again after thoroughly being detangled and the hair still was tangled and matted after washing. I am truly disappointed and just wanted you to know this because I am not sure if there have been other complaints regarding this hair recently. My hairdresser has encouraged me to talk about my experience on social media, but I thought it would only be fair for me to reach out to your company to express my frustration with your product before I went onto social media.
This is the response I received.
I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your hair. We want all of our customer to have a pleasant experience and become repeat customers.
It is very uncommon to receive these types of emails but we do want to get feedback from all of our customers.
We do have Care Instructions on our website and we recommend the hair is conditioned weekly. 3 weeks would be extensive. We also have suggestions
to prevent tangling along with hair care products we value.
If ever there is a problem with the hair, we would like to see what our customers are experiencing with pictures or returning the hair so that we can
follow up with our provider.
Apologies again for your experience.

I buy hair from Yhasi the hair quality is great. If you follow the instructions in the packet on how to take care of the product, you will enjoy it as I am. I like the fullness. The wig I got was made with passion and I enjoy it.

I am no hair expert, but after spending over eight hundred close to nine hundred dollars with delivery and taxes, I can honestly say this hair is not what is advertised on instagram. I purchased the Aniyah Unit and the fullness is NOT comparable to what is advertised. The shedding is insane. The hair becomes so matted it's unbearable. The smell tells me it's treated but poorly. If I lightly separate the tangles, the hair pops and breaks easily. Very pissed and disappointed that I purchased this hair. I've spent so much money on hydrating products, I have used no heat, and the hair is just a big kinky mess!

Check out Debe hair on Amazon. Must less expensive. Super Duper quality.
I think Amazon was the best kept secret. But people are finding out about it and saving themselves hundreds of dollars. Keep your money in your Bank account Not theirs!

I've had this hair for about 4 weeks now I love the look and the texture of this hair. I ordered 3 26". I have the hair installed on a cap for a upart wig and unfortunately I have been receiving an excessive amount of shedding and tangling. The wefts were not cut and were not sewin through for the install but it sheds so much. I wanted this hair to be great considering how much many I spent on the hair but it has not been great.

This is not virgin hair and I would like a refund for this hair

Review: On February [redacted] 2015 I made an online purchase of 3 bundles of virgin hair from Yhasi Luxury Hair Company. I paid a total of 298.80 for this product which was guaranteed to be 100% virgin human hair, when I received the product and opened the package the noticed that the hair color and texture was off, it did not appear as what was advertised on the website and the hair had a terrible corn chip like stench to it. I tried calling the company numerous times (using the phone number provided on the website) and I no one ever answered. I left 4 voice messages stating I received defected hair and never received a call back. I took to [redacted] to look up virgin hair that smells like corn chips and found that this is due to cheap chemicals having a bad reaction on the when processing. This assured me that I received a defective product. I was seeking to have the hair exchanged or to return the product for a refund. I looked on the website for a return address and one was not listed. I have the product which smells worse and worse over time, it is unused and has not been tampered with...I would really like to have my money refunded at this point. I am disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service with Yhasi Luxury Hair Company. Below is the article I found about defective hair with a corn chip like stench[redacted]"Why does my fake virgin hair smell like corn chips? This is the smell of cheap acid and cheap silicone mixed together"[redacted]"Bad smelling hair can be caused by one of a few things. One of the most common is packaging or storing hair that is still moist from washing. This causes a smell comparable to corn chips, or feet as some describe it. If virgin hair is not given the proper amount of time to dry, or is not dried thoroughly it goes into its packaging (often in plastic) or storage moist. Over time moist hair develops an unpleasant smell"Desired Settlement: I would like to return the hair and would like to receive a full refund or at the least return the defective hair and have it exchanged for non defective hair.

Review: I received the product from the company but was less than satisfied with what was received. I promptly contacted the company and was told to provide a picture of the product(s) and then mail it back. I provided images of the product as requested and mailed them back with shipping confirmation via [redacted]. I Have yet to receive my refund and have tried for a week to contact the company via email and telephone calls with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money.

Review: I purchased hair from Yhasi luxury hair about 3 months ago. I spent $650. on hair. It is supposed to be the best hair on the market. I wanted the best. I meet this young lady in the trainstation because I did not want to do the transaction outside in the street. They do not have a store. I wasn't going to exchange money in the street because that looks like a drug transaction. I used most of the hair totaling $410. which is 3 packs. I did not use two 22 inch packets for $240.

I explained to the owner that the hair sheds and it matted up. I wouldn't expect hair to mess just have been used for under 90 days. I did color it, but I have natural hair, so I conditioned and oiled my scalp to stay healthy. I just took my weave out and the hair is horrible. I showed pics to the owner. I didn't have this problem when I took out my Remy blonde hair and that is cheaper. The hair looks like it was cheap. I even showed how one track is losing the second stitch from the hair. I spent too much money on this hair to be defective and it is. The last text I received was I can't do anything for you since it's been over 6 months. How could be 6 months, when I brought and used it in the fall season? I do not like being lied to.

She offered to exchange it and first, then changed her mind. If hair is good, then can be colored and not shed or be matted after 2 months. This bundle I received was a waste of money. I was upfront with the owner because I knew it has been months. My friend told me her's shed, so I didn't pay it any mind. However, it shouldn't mat up. Nor should it have broken off the track. I have a lot of tracks that are thin because the hair popped off. My hair grew under the weave, so it was well conditioned. I received a defective bunch of hair. I am disappointed with the hair and the resolution.Desired Settlement: Either an exchange or money back because good weave hair does not break off from the track, mat or the thread comes a loose. My cheap hair was used more, left in too long and wasn't conditioned as much, but it looks better than [redacted] hair. I wasted my money. I have pictures.

Review: I bought hair from this company that totaled $250.00. When I received the package only one bundle of hair was in the package. I contacted the company a couple of time and they gave me the run around. I was told that the package was weighed and according to the weight both bundles were in the package. I know for a fact that if a packaged is weighed then it will show the weight on the packaging label and there was no weight on it. When I brought this to there attention they just blew me off like it was no big deal. they didn't even offer me any apology or discount, nothing! This put me in a bad situation because I had to end up going to a store and buying some cheap hair that did not last very long. So I spent extra money than what was needed.Desired Settlement: I will like a refund for the bundle of hair that I did not get. If they did not brush me off like it was no big deal I would have accepted the bundle of hair but I dont want it anymore.

Response:

Buyer was sent the amount of bundles she paid for.We weight all of our packages . Each of our bundles weigh between 3.2-4.0 oz. a packaged is checked three times for accuracy and signed off by three people and weighed and recorded before it is shipped off. When the complaint emailed our company saying she was missing a bundle and wanted a full refund she was told her that's our records showed that was not true. Her package weight corresponded with what was sent . She later wrote back asking how much is the weight of the package. I responded to all her questions fair and polite. She was not brushed off. After that she wrote threatening to tarnish company on the web and blogs if she wasn't refunded her money! I simple told her I to do as she wills. No one was ever rude towards her. An extra bundle of hair would have been sent if an error was found.
