Mr levi will charge you a ten dollar late fee everyday your checks are late , that is but (if you give him you checks-$ orders in person) and he doesn't turn them in to his accountant (as he often forgets to do) he continues to charge you late fees after payingHe has no secretary or repair man tries to do it all himself to save moneyI had to nag him for 2months and get my lawyer involved just to get a sink fixedhe left alarms blaring all weekendIf a check bounces he tacks on a penalty every subsequent month , even if the check bounced because he waited THREE MONTHS to cash it (this happened to me and one other tenant that I know of)There is dog feces all over the propertyHe called me past midnight on several occasions for non emergencies
