Just to give you some background, this property was purchased while in foreclosure and the security deposits that the original owner obtained from the tenants were never transferred to the new owner (Yield Master Fund II, LP). Therefore, we do not have receipt of any security deposits for the tenants at [redacted]. However, based on **. [redacted]’s letter threatening to take the YMF to court, we decided the legal fees would outweigh the cost of her security deposit so we issued her company, [redacted] a refund check on [redacted]th, [redacted]. This check has since been cashed on [redacted]. I’m not sure why **. [redacted] felt it necessary to file a complaint with the Revdex.com when she clearly references that if a check was not received by [redacted], that she would then take legal action. Despite the fact that we never received her security deposit from the original owner, we still issued a refund check to her anyway. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from us.
