Ying Computers

I am rejecting this response because: no where in the text (see below) did MrYing "encourage" me to bring my lap top back into him Yes, indeed he was very nice to methat is not the issue Also the Port that he replaced is loose againMe: Good morning, [redacted] here, since I've got my computer back home I've noticed that the two ports on the right-hand side are working would this be a difficult fixed? I did have that conversation with *** and I encouaged her to bring it in so I could look at it Instead of bringing it in she file this complaint I can' help her if I don't have a chance to look at it.Furthermore, I didn't charge her an expedited fee for rushing to complete the
repair for her That was $80.Since she's not cooperating I can't help her I was very kind to her. The service she paid for was complete I am sorry I can't help her further

I apologize but I can only offer her $20 store credit for any services in the future valid for 6 months from today.Again I didn't charge her an $80 expedited fee.  I serviced her laptop within a few days when she said Best Buy would take 6 months.But this is my final offer.  Thank you but we will not respond any further.
