I am rejecting this response because:Good afternoon-
I have read the attached letter from Yingst Homes Inc I do not accept their comments as they have only addressed one of the four major issues that I have indicated in the initial complaint Secondly, the gentleman whom responded on behalf of Yingst Homes was never involved in the construction project of my home He note that there were several "issues" during construction is completely false In fact, I enjoyed working with Yingst durning the construction phase of the building of our home There were no major issues what so ever, only easily solvable minor ones In fact, Yingst Homes Incused our new home no less than five times as a model house after it was finished and we had moved in to show prospective buyers this floor plan as we were the first to build this particular planThe issue still lies that they have not committed to writing that they will will ensure that the area in the front of the house where the grass has been re-seeded will be brought back to the state where it was prior to them digging with out notice Additionally, they have not addressed the destroyed grass and 9" trench that they created on my property from their work next door I will provide many pictures as necessary (before and after)Items #is behind, I have done all of their clean up, however I am not happy with their business practice for their workers Item #2, they continue to make our neighborhood look trashy based on the upkeep of the properties that they still ownIn resolve, I would like a written agreement that they will correct problems # 3&with in a specified time frame and have them brought back to the original lookRegards,

To meet our customer’s request, kindly see the below responses:
1) Our firm has notified the subcontractors that all of the work areas must be cleaned up at the end of each business day.2) The one remaining vacant lot within the development is scheduled to be cleaned up by 9/18/& 4) We are scheduling to meet the homeowner, repair the two lawn area of concern at no cost by 9/18/to its original conditionWe hope this will meet our valued customer's requestPlease feel free to contact us with any addition questionsSincerely,

Dear [redacted],In response to the repair issue, we offer the following. Our customers are very important to us. Yingst Homes, Inc. has been in business for over 35 years. Our goal is to provide an excellent product and satisfy our client’s needs and requests. Various topics...

arose during the home construction of this gentlemen’s property, which is normal during building. The two parties discussed and arrived at a resolution. This to will be the case as well. I would like you to know the lawn area between the curbing and the public sidewalk has already been repaired at no cost to the owner on 8/7/15. This work was in conjunction with a request by the local municipality to repair a damaged inlet top. All construction was located within the public right of way.Yingst Homes, Inc. welcomes constructive comments, which are addressed and improved upon. The Vice President did talk to the property owner and apologized for any inconveniences.
