I purchased an item from XX store online with this third party business The item was sent to me in a plastic envelope, box like mush, and the wording was all in Chinese I made multiple attempts to contact the seller XX store finally got me through to them Almost months later I am still trying to get my item refunded through this company! AND they charged me for products! They offered me $in compensation for almost $in products they charged me forThey refuse to speak via a phone and will only respond by email

Nowhere in the products description did it say that "product may come in a different language" Product including the instructions came in Chinese Wonderful Product LTD(or the company that fulfills for them)is absolutely the worse when trying to get a refund I have sent emails so far just going back and forth in describing the reason why I want a refund and that I am unable to use the product b/c I do not speak ChineseI feel the tons of emails received is just to prolong the day return policy, also the company has offered $for my troubles, sorry spending $on product that is in a different language is not worth $refundVERY DISSATISFIED giving zero stars

I purchased $worth of products, however what arrived wasn’t what I orderedI was difficult to find who to talk toAfter emailing the company, they advised we had to pay to ship the items back even though it was their mistakeI told them I just want my money back and they offered to refund me $for an item I couldn’t use and suggested I keep the product to resell or give to friendsSpoke with Walmart and I guess the rep reached out to the merchant, and they sent a made up shipping label that didn’t existI don’t know how this company still has an A+ rating

I purchased an item from walmart web site, when I received the item it was not all there, product did not fit well together, wrong instructions and when I attempted to return for a replacement, I got the run around and offered dollars and to take my product to a bike shop and have them fix it could not believe it Not only would they not send a return shipping slip, but wanted me to pay to have the item fixed so it worked Found out this company has many other companies tied to it like Energyonly inc in which they refer you back and forth until you give up or they stop responding to emails How are they an A+, dont believe it
