contacted directly by YM Construction & Home Improvements regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: workers does not come to the home in a xconsistent basis or work is not propperly done and complaint has been made to Yasmin Construction Company to rectify.

Review: On December *,2014,a contract with Yasim Construction was agreed upon and signed to repair a basement area of painting,tilingand other needed repairs as well as insulating of storage area within three weeks of completion. The job was scheduled to begin on December*,2014,but such did not occur until December **,2014. According to [redacted], his veichle broke down on his way to the home. When he did show up on 12/**/14, he worked 2 days for that week . This was the beginning of him not showing up as he stated he would.when he requested payment during different interval of the job, he was provided with payments. Now I have encountered problems where he has not responded to phone calls or text messages to gain an idea as to when he would complete the job and to rectified work that was not done properly and as agreed upon. My home and yard is in chaos due to things all over the place. I have been livin in disorganization due to work that was agreed upon to be completed within three weeks and it is going on to four months now.Desired Settlement: For Yasim Construction to complete work as agreed upon by signing of a contract and to the specification as agreed upon
