YMB Rentals is the absolute worst rental management company in Eau Claire, WI. Necessary repairs are done at their leisure, and most definitely they will keep your security deposit. No matter if everything had been professionally cleaned and no other issues. They will still refuse to return the deposit and in most cases turn around and say that you owe them more. They will rip you off no matter what. Do not trust them.
Renting from them was OK. It was cheap. Repairs were done on a timely manner.
They WILL, without a doubt, steal your security deposit. We were charged 175$ to mow the lawn a week and a half after we moved out and handed in our key. We mowed the lawn 2 days before we moved out. 100$ to clean a stove which was already cleaned. Another 150$ to clean carpets after we rented a carpet cleaner and went over the floors twice the evening before we handed in our key. Very frustrating.
