***, I am responding to this complaint that we received today that has been assigned the ID # ***. After doing some quick research we do not have any records of *** *** canceling her membership nor do I have any records of her leaving myself or our Membership Accountant any
voicemails on this issue. Somehow this one slipped through the cracksI left *** *** a voicemail earlier this afternoon to have her call me so that we can get this issue resolved. I have processed a refund form for the amount owed to her and will have our Finance Director cut a check immediatelyWe are not sure how this slipped through the cracks but we apologize for the inconvenience and your time spent on this matterThank you, Tim *** Operations Director Missouri Valley Family YMCA
