[redacted] Hope all is well!  I’m writing to you in regards to [redacted] id#[redacted].  I tried to reach out to her, I kept receiving her voicemail, luckily today I was finally able to connect with [redacted].  I explained to her that I would make “things right” for her as best as I could....
