[redacted] I do apologize for the delay in getting back with youI am only in the office a couple days a week I have reached out to the person who verified the balance for me initially to see who I, or you, would need to talk to in regards to re-verifying the balance that is in the system I have also requested a copy of your balance sheet from that branch Once I get that, I will forward it to you Additionally, I have copied the people that verified the balance for me on this e-mail so they know the status of this and all pertinent information they may need I do apologize for any issues you may have had in the past with programs that the YMCA has provided and hope that if any of these issues were going on now, that you would let us know so they could be addressed and corrected I have recently come into the role of Child Care Registrar for SCPA and in the process, have been put in charge of making sure all accounts were current I am aware that some people were not aware of outstanding balances, or in a few cases, incorrect balances just hadn't been adjusted out of our system yet Before sending out any letters, I verified with each branch/program that the balances I was seeing were corrrect Which is why I was reaching out to parents (everyone got the same letter) with the balances I was seeing and had verified with the different branches that ran the program in question, asking if there were any questions in regards to that, that they let me know In a few cases, I have been able to clear up erroneous balances for people If this is one of those cases, I do hope we can get it resolved quickly for you But I won't be able to help with that until I see the balance sheet for that program from that branch You mentioned that I did not send you an itemized account When I verified balances with the different branches that the programs were run through, I did not ask for a copy of their balance sheet, I just asked if the balance reflected was accurate Those that I was told were accurate, got letters I have requested a copy of your balance sheet from that branch and they are working on getting that for me As soon as I get it, I will forward that to you as I mentioned earlier in my e-mail If you have any further questions for me, please do not hesitate to askI will be in the office until today and will be in again on Monday Thanks and have a great day, [redacted] Child Care Registrar [redacted]
