[redacted], this is a lie. I added my wife 4 months ago and had to fill out new paperwork including address. Now I know they got this because they upped my membership by 9 dollars a month. It was 40 previously. So the wrong address is a lie. The other lie is I first made contact by phone on December 17. I do finally have the check, but this is a very sorry way of conducting business. I am very dissatisfied with this business altogether.
