Hello,I received a complaint letter (ID #[redacted]) from a customer/parent at one of our YMCA school summer camps. We have spoken with the parent directly and handled her concerns (as she previously contacted us directly through our company website). We do not feel her complaint is...
appropriate to post publicly. She has several concerns which we consider racially motivated (ie; we don’t have enough Caucasian staff, calling our staff “snowflakes”, etc.) We will continue to address any of her concerns directly with her. She has received the contact information for the Area Manager as well as for me, the Director of Operations; which was her desired settlement. We consider this matter handled.
