I was just doing my work out routine and I got to my last set of inverted pull upsThis [redacted] retentive ginger named Bryce came and threatened to kick me out and that I wasn't allowed to do those here because if I let go I could "crack my skull"Ive been doing inverted pull ups for years now for pole vaulting and this fresh out of highschool gym rat with a uniform trying to make himself look useful comes and tells me what I can and cant do in MY workoutNo where in there weight room rules does it say anything about inverted pull upsIll take my business elsewhere where there are employees that actually have qualifications and knowledge not just tell patrol the area and tell you what to doI need a place I can actually train for vaulting without being hindered by ambitious minimum wage workers

My child was in child watch (daycare) at that facility for minutes while I worked outWhen I came to pick him up his forehead was red/pink and had a bump on his foreheadThe staff claim that he did not fall under their watch and perhaps it happened during the other shift and they were not informedMy information was taken and I was told I would get a call the next dayI never didI called to speak to the person in charge of the program and stated my situationShe told me it will be investigatedI received a call back a few days later stating that both shifts did not see my child fall or and cryI told her I find that hard to believe based on his injury and size of the bumpI believe the staff were not watching the children or properly taking care of them and I stated my opinion to herI just don't feel safe leaving my child there anymore and I cancelled my membership

our YMCA we strive to give the best service possible to all of our customers as we make our membership affordable to all. With regards to case ID ***, each of our members is given the opportunity to receive a scholarship on their monthly membership fees by providing proof of income each year. If the amount of their income fits within our scholarship scale, or what we call Income Based Membership Table, the member is given a percentage off of their membership rate for one year. This reduction in membership is good for one year from the date they join or give us their income verification. Each member initials a form stating that if a new is not submitted each year, the member will be charged our current base membership rate. In the aforementioned case, we do have documentation initialed by the member, stating just that. Also days or so before a member is to renew their discount rate, a letter is sent to them stating when new documentation is needed. In this case because we did not receive new documentation, the member’s monthly membership rate went from $to $43.00, which again is our base Adult membership rate. That said, a man named Martin did call and explained that someone in their office was on extended leave, and their workload was falling through the cracks while they were away. He also mentioned that the refund was going to take even longer than Rhonda B*** suggested in her 9/16/email to you, but it has finally been received. Martin was extremely responsive in communicating the issues, however the rest of the staff I reached out to was apparently non-existent.Again, thank you for your help. I am rejecting this response because: we have not received all swim lessons that were paid for. If they have video surveillance they can review all cameras of the pool and you will see that there were three appearances and not four. The fourth was never rescheduled and no one ever responded to my emails. I only received the out of office reply. I want a refund for my last lesson after they review their videos to prove my daughters only received the three lessons. I have not met them because I work during the same hours. No one has ever confirmed with me the schedule for swimming when I asked. I was on conference when my mother called again for me only to be told by the guy at the front desk that the instructor was "sick again". I want my refund at this point because their cameras will prove my daughters were only in the pool three of the four dates. The last date was supposed to be rescheduled and because it never was my ten year old started crying because she wanted to learn to swim as she felt she had not learned much from the first three lessons. She was under the impression the fourth lesson would teach her more. It is unprofessional to have an instructor call in sick multiple times and for a business to not provide a service for which a customer has provided full payment. I want my refund. If my daughters and mother need to give account after the cameras are reviewed, they can. Cameras don't lie.

Hello [redacted], it was nice talking to you today.  As I indicated, we are in receipt of your corresponded dated 9/11/15 regarding complaint #[redacted].  The refund of $69.48 was processed this afternoon back to the customers’ credit card.  It normally takes 3-5 business days before the credit will appear on the credit card statement.  We are also contacting the customer today to let her know the credit was made today.

Review: I cancelled my membership approximately a week before the bill was due. My bank account was billed anyways. I asked one of the front desk workers why and she simply stated that it takes 2 - 4 weeks to remove an account from auto draft. She didn't explain any further and became stand offish. I cannot use this service as I am moving from the area and I think it's reasonable to be reimbursed as no product is actually being purchased.Desired Settlement: Refund the $50 for the service that I will not be using.

Review: I have call the gym several time in regards to a refund of two months that my credit card was charge after a cancelation. not only my credit card was charge twice for services I didn't take. they are sending me collection letter charging me two more month.I'm requesting that my money for the two month be refund and the other two they still charging me be delete.I want my $162 dollars back.they don't pay any attention to my phone calls, emails. every time I call, they say some one will call me back.I have spoken to [redacted] several times and she says it will be sent but it never goes out.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and since its not fear for the time I have loose on this I should get free membership for one year.
