Paid for Refurbised Head for 2007 Freighliner - never received
On Monday June 3, 2024 we wired $2426.25 for refurbished head and valves for 2007 Freighliner. Ronald Kasparian from YNG stated in email "Parts are in stock, it does have a 5 day lead time meaning the shell is here has to be assembled". After numerour emails and attempts to reach on 7/9/23 Ronald Kasparian stated in email " I'm happy to issue a refund. The refund will take 2-3 business days to cut and will be sent to wherever you want with tracking. I can send it USPS or UPS it is your call." We sent Mr. Kasparian a 2nd Day pre-paid UPS Label. 30-Days later, and numerous emails from us still no refund.
