Review: I purchased two tickets of Yo bus company from a website ([redacted]) from New York to Boston, Aug [redacted], 2015. When the ticket collector check my tickets, he showed me to a wrong bus, which is from New york to Philadelphia. So I went to Phiadelphia on Aug [redacted]! On the way to Philadelphia, I called Yo Bus and wish they could reschedule and give me new tickets for Philadelphia to Boston. However, the customer service said it is not their responsibility to do that since I purchased tickets on the [redacted] website, and suggested me calling [redacted] website customer service. Then I called the customer service of [redacted], the representative Grim C[redacted] said Yo bus would not allow him to reschedule tickets. Mr Grim C[redacted] called Yo Bus several times and the problem was not solved. And then we had to take train from Philadelphia to Boston on Aug [redacted].

Then Mr. C[redacted] from [redacted] helped me file a complaint to Yo Bus since then, and there is no response from Yo Bus for more than 2 months now.

The confirmation numbers of the bus tickets from [redacted] website are: [redacted] and [redacted].

Review: I purchased a round-way bus ticket for $52 with the [redacted].com website on 3/*/15-Thurs. (posted 3/*/15-Mon.) Unfortunately, when I reviewed the bus itinerary scheduled for 3/*/15-Sat. I was overcharged twice for two one-way bus tickets total of $52. (Time Slots 7:45am and 8am arrive in NYC [redacted] at 12pm) I contacted the Yo bus Company and [redacted] (different third party companies with Greyhound Bus Company) to notify them about the discrepancy and I could not get a resolution about the issue at hand. The representative from Greyhound filed a complaint and assured that a supervisor would contact me back. I never received a phone call. I contacted a Yo Bus representative and the guy stated that he did not see my reservation in the system. At this point, as a preferred customer I received poor customer service and lost money for a unused ticket. 2nd bus ticket was not honored for returned trip on 3/*/15-Sun. Advised to contact Yo Bus or [redacted] ###-###-#### (Same Number different company but partnerships for business) Attempted to use the open bus ticket again on 4/*/15-Fri. Ticket was not honored. Could not get in touch with [redacted] or Yo Bus offices. Very unprofessional. Paid for additional bus ticket with another bus company. This is no way to treat customers when you have a established good business to seek service for bus reservations and travel.Desired Settlement: My final request is to receive a refund for $26 from this company. I have contacted my bank to continue this investigation and would not use this service to plan future trips in the future and will not recommend Yo Bus or [redacted] to anyone.

I placed an order for the wrong weekend and have been trying to reschedule my ticket for a week now. The customer service phone number was consistently unavailable, claiming that it is closed and not offering times when it would be open. I have received no response from my inquires submitted on the website

The third party evidently used for the transactions was not able to help me because Yo Bus handles all of the requests on their own. I was not even able to discover they were a third party until I called them and they told me. Until then, the website was usually down and there was no easy way to resolve the issue there. Thus far, I have been completely neglected as a customer with what should be a simple issue to resolve.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to reschedule my ticket to another date, as I have trying to do for many days now.

Review: On January *, at 12:30pm, I boarded the Yo! bus from Boston to New York. About 3 hours into our trip, the driver pulled the bus over and got out. He came back in a few minutes later and said that one of the luggage bins had come open but that no luggage was missing. He did not make an official announcement but said this quietly, almost under his breath. He kept driving the bus. When we arrived in NYC, two pieces of luggage were missing, mine and another passengers. The driver and Yo! bus staff were EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL in trying to rectify this matter. NOTHING was offered to us except to file a claim in [redacted]. After arriving in NYC at 4:30, I got home at 10pm after an ordeal with Yo! bus staff and [redacted]. We do not have our bags. No effort was made to find them. In fact, we were told point blank that the company would not help us.Desired Settlement: We want 1. the company to make a concerted effort to find our bags and 1. financial compensation if they are not found. The company has the responsibility to search for our belongings and must do so.

Review: book a round ticket for mom, pui on yo bus via [redacted] boston->new york 9/**/13 and 9/**/13 to see doctor on 9/**/13 today is 4.32pm monday 9/**/13, mom requires additional dr visit on 9/**/13 after morning visit gotobus/yobus website claims you can reschedule ticket, as of today http[redacted] when I phone up both gotobus and yobus they say to me on the phone tough [redacted] you lost your money for the return trip yo bus tel: [redacted] gotobus tel: ###-###-#### this is false advertising!! yo bus support went as far as refusing to let me talk to a manager
