I am rejecting this response because:
I have a valid *** card and have since 2013! I was NOT asked to present my card at all! And yes, my phone conversations were recorded! Mary even said, "I listened back to the conversations!" Not once was I told that I was being recorded! That right there is a third degree felony! Plus, this man is lying through his teeth! It makes me sick! Every word coming out of his mouth is dripping with a stain!

she called someone her reply was that she called *** but they were busy and didn't have a provider at this timeAt this point Upper Macungie PD called Lehigh County dispatch to dispatch us to the callWhen I arrived the officer made me aware that *** *** had *** but they were too busy to help herAt that time I felt something wasn't right because this was in our territory for *** and they never called usThe officer told her the car was getting towed and your insurance carrier would have to deal with it but the car needs to be moved now because of safety concernsOn scene she never supplied proof of her *** card or nothing more was saidTwo hours later her boyfriend called for the charges and then started to be very nastyOn Saturday afternoon he called my personal cell phone , which I answered and explained to him that she needed to call *** to get the tow approved not usHe called back later and said her *** was complicated because her mom gave it to her as a present and she lives in FloridaAt this point he asked for a reduced rate which I offered one at $On Monday, *** *** called yelling at our dispatcher about the tow invoice and she would only pay $If she had *** why would she say that? Also, she could call *** at anytime get a call # and have any other *** provider come to the shop to get her carOn Thursday 10/6/LT*** from Upper Macungie PD called me to discuss her complaintI told him everything that took place and that we offered her a reduced rate which he said was very fairWe discussed *** policies and asked if I could verify her membershipI called John P*** the director of *** east penn branch and found that *** *** did not have a membership w/ the east penn, Northamton or Schuykill County branchesHe also checked and there was never any calls on the date of her accidentAt this time we discussed the pricing and we agreed to keep the price of $until Tuesday 10/11/We notified her of this and again she stated I will only pay you $100.00. Now for the accusation of a recorded phone line is totally fictitiousWe do not have any kind of devices like that or ever haveI feel we did above and beyond what many other tow companies would have done for herIf she does have *** why she not complaining to them about her yearly fee and they aren't honoring it? If their is a valid [redacted] card please use it so you can get your car back and we will be able to close this case. As for the accusations for being recorded that will stop immediately or we will seek legal consel for slander. There is no such equipment here and never was. We are inspected every year by various police agencies and by [redacted].

We had the adjuster from [redacted] revisit us to go over the trailer and repairs. We made some additional adjustments and he was satisfied w/ what was done.
