high-school age daughter. The 40 they paid held the appointment so that we couldn't schedule anyone else in that time frame. The confirmed the appointment and then no showed to the appointment. We got a message on the Saturday  (when we are closed) after the appointment from her husband saying that we needed to refund the money because he didn't want her to come into chiropractice office. We called back to explain why we couldn't refund and got another call back on a Saturday, when we are closed again tells us that he wanted a refund. It continued like that a couple times. We spent a very long time at the event working with the mom and daughter at the event, they confirmed the appointment. We set aside the appointment time for them and we were not able to fill the spot.

1/23/17 (My response): Considering the timeline (above) of this businesses’ response, you can understand my frustration, trying to get Yoder Chiropractic to respond to my request for refund. I also strongly disagree with their timeline claims since I never received replies to my messages and I only reached an employee once. This person said they would call me back and never did. No surprises. Finally, if this business thinks that it’s okay to sell their services to foreigners because a minor (my 11 year-old step-daughter) speaks good enough English for their level of business ethics, it says a lot about this business. You may or may not refund our money but the complaint stands as a matter of principle. If you want your business to proper, start applying the principle of good judgment.
