Review: I had a delivery problem on my most recent order. They charged my VISA but did not ship merchandise. I contacted them because I had paid for standard shipping. I was told some of the items I ordered were out of stock. I asked them to ship the items in stock. Then they contacted me again after this conversation and told me other items in the order were not available. Again, I asked for the items to be shipped that were in stock. My VISA had been charged for approximately two weeks. I asked if this was even legal. I asked them to issue a credit for items that were out of stock and ship the remainder of the order.

I checked the website because I wanted to contact the Owner/Manager about this. It shows a Better Business symbol on the website. I followed the link and it did go to the Revdex.com. You state they are not an accredited business and that there is an alert that they may be out of business. That is the "false advertising".Desired Settlement: I want to speak with the Owner or Manager of this business. I want to know if it is legal and common practice to bill for items that are not in stock. I had good service before but something has changed. I want the head of the business to be aware that the Order Dept and the Shipping Dept are not communicating well and that they do not give up to date and correct information to the customer. I don't want to be charged for items that have not been shipped and I think, a promise was made to "expedite" the order, that the business should follow through on their commitments.
