After six months of looking for a new studio space in Morristown with no luck, we had to broaden our search outside of the town. For the continuity of the business, we decided that a 9 minute drive to Madison...
was a much more optimistic course of action than closing our doors completely. As a company we have always had a no refund policy, which is printed on every receipt. We do, however, offer as many ways as possible to accommodate our students. In Mr. [redacted]'s case we offered to extend his expiration date so he had more time to make it to Madison. We said we could transfer the remaining 8 classes to a friend or family who could use them. We said he could use the credit towards upcoming workshops or even trade it in for some retail. We feel as if we offered Mr. [redacted] many options within our stated policy. Our move to Madison, although perhaps inconvenient, is not a closure. Our doors are still open and we are happy to fulfill the services he paid for at anytime.
