The Yoga Nook is a true yoga studio The teachers are all well educated and caring individuals that each have their own style and uniqueness I have practiced yoga at quite a few different places - gyms, other studios, different cities and states and had private instruction I have never experienced a better environment anywhere In addition, the studio owner Jeni, is very gifted teacher and specializes in yoga therapeuticsShe has helped me and other family members with chronic injuriesShe has also created a beautiful garden at the back of the studio for meditation
