Outstanding Teacher. and Class
As a student of Yoga you can choose from a variety of instructional teachers and classes. The overall experience is comfortable in the best way possible. However, I will need to elaborate. I receive exactly what I need out of my practice whether I'm looking to push myself physically or to focus on restoring my energy. The studio is where students can ask questions about specific poses or take modifications without worry.
There is no scarcity of Yoga studios in our area, they are everywhere! I have trained and experienced NYC studios, boutique studios, with other various Yoga Instructors and studios. But what sets them apart? Danina R and Allison E. class sets them apart. you are dealing with the Janis Joplin of Yoga and the Pablo Picasso of Yoga.
I attended the 9:00AM and 10:30AM class to find that the class is very much in demand. If you are going to there, I would recommend you make a reservation or get there early and I may add that it will be worth it.
You go into the Yoga class and you find the atmosphere is a bit unique, That piqued my interest. The Yoga class atmosphere was really elegant and beautiful. You will absolutely love walking into the studio being softly light. This unique teacher's class will become mainly known for its exotic Yoga teaching from a couple of rising star on the Yoga circuit. One of the other main attractions of this Yoga class is the unique decor and soft background music that provide a perfect ambiance for an enjoyable practice meeting all your Yoga needs. For beginners to experienced Yogi this class will bring you back to the meaning of Yoga and being part of the Yoga community. The instructor make an effort to help out every student in poses. However, the best is yet to come with Shavasana!
Instructor: Danina R and Allison E..
Style: Uniquely their own.
Flow: Awesome.
Overall rating: A+++, 5 Stars

YogaSix Auto renew membership and no way to cancel it online
I signed up for it and used for a month. The staff reminded us to recharge (add credit/money) to my account after just 20 days. I decided not to continue thinking the membership won't continue since I did not add money (or credit) to it. But I was charged the next month when I say my credit card bill. There is NO interface on their website to cancel the membership and stop the auto billing! This is an unfair business practice!

YogaSix also charges users late fees, un-show fees but there is no penalty for them when they don't provide a way to cancel the service while they can charge your account monthly!

Review: Dear studio Manager,Today I was denied practice for being 2 minutes late. There was no late policy on the contract I signed, on your front door, or on your website. I drove 25 minutes to get to practice and probably would have entered at exactly 12:00 if it wasn't for a senior woman ascending the stair case in front of me. I patiently waited for her to get where she was going before running to the studio. At 12:02 I was denied practice by a young lady that could care less why I was 2 minutes late. I was surprised and disappointed by her message, both in delivery and content. I'd had no idea of the studio's late policy - it's not in my contract nor was I informed when signing up otherwise I would've pardoned myself past the senior on the stairs. This is the only studio that I have visited in my 15 years of practicing that has such a stringent late policy. I understand 15 minutes, but 2?! Your employee was quite rude and demonstrated no empathy, stating that she was refusing my practice due to a policy I was not informed of. To add, it was mentioned that I was on a trial membership anyway. The whole experience is very disappointing and I'm in dismay that someone in my home town can treat a neighbor/ customer like that.Desired Settlement: As a business that is establishing itself in my resident city, treat people nicer. And if you have a late policy, make sure you post it at the front of the studio and inform your customers in writing, with a requested, signed acknowledgment. This has been a waste of time and money. Time because I took the time out of my day to come to your studio and money because I paid for a trial that allowed me to practice at any time/ any day within a month which is untrue. I would like reimbursement.

Revdex.com 4747 Viewridge Avenue #200 San Diego, CA 92123-1688 Re: Complaint Number [redacted] To whom it may concern: I am the studio manager of Yoga Six in Carlsbad. We received the complaint lodged by a client who complained that she was denied entry for being late to attend class, saying she was unaware of the policy. This client’s complaint states that she arrived 2 minutes late. The Client Advisor who had the unfortunate task to telling her that the class had already begun and she was unable to enter the room logged that she was actually 4 minutes late. See the attached screenshot of the “contact log” we keep within our database system.The client’s assertion that she had no idea about the policy is unfortunate. Not only do we have the “no-late policy” posted clearly on our website, but it is also on the handout with the client schedule each new client receives during their first visit. Additionally, there are sticker decals on each studio door that clearly states “Arrive on Time – No Late Admittance to Class”. Lastly, as this student had practiced in the studio 8 times between February 1st through 22nd (prior to being denied entry on the 27th), she would have been exposed to a studio flyer that was up in the lobby and ladies locker room that includes the late policy. Please see below for screen shots or photos of all of the above.I am very sorry this customer left with such a bad taste in her mouth. The standard of not allowing students in after class begins was put into place at the request of OTHER students, who were frustrated about the continuous late arrivals to classes and the disruption to the energy of the room. (See below for one student’s positive reaction to the policy being in place, posted to Yelp.) Additionally, as safety is one of our core values, we want to ensure that the teacher of each class has the opportunity to check in with all students to find out about injuries or potential body issues that might affect hands on adjustments or even the sequence of the class. I tried to explain all of this to the student both via phone and email, while fully recognizing that it’s a huge disappointment to be turned away from a class that you’ve planned to take. Most students who find themselves in this client’s position of arriving after a class has begun are happy to take us up taking the next class, practicing in the spare room, or just enjoying a cup of tea.Upon receiving this complaint, and realizing the client is still gravely upset about being turned away after arriving late to practice, I have refunded her $49 introductory offer. We wish her nothing but the best and hope she finds a studio that suits her needs and lifestyle. Sincerely,[redacted]Policy Noted on Website
