Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company has still not offered to honor their own currency, refusing to lift a restriction they have instituted without notifying the consumer in writing or otherwiseI offered to split the difference between the $in "Smogi Bucks" I have and the $in online bucks they have offered (and anyone can get $of those just by signing up, so it's really only $for $they are offering)But the company did not accept my compromiseI won't refute point by point all the inaccuracies in the company's response to the Revdex.com, but let me address two of them:
- That customers are verbally told they can't combine the Smogi Bucks when they were given That may be their policy now, but I was never told this my any employee of the company at the times I was given these Bucks Are they saying their employees are infallible, never forgetting to do so, or are they calling me a liar?
- They claim the only denomination of Bucks is $ As you can see in the attached photo, there are also $Bucks They look identical to the $20s, other than the denominationI hope the company will admit their mistake and make things right - for me and for future customers

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Yoga Smoga, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The business contacted me and offered me a store credit if I returned the items at my own cost (even though they advertise free
returns)I agreed since they were very adamant that they would not give me a refund even though the items I purchased were not marked final saleI returned the items and they arrived over weekend agoI heard nothing from the business, so I emailed them and asked if they would please issue my store creditIt's been a week since my last email and they still haven't responded, so they have the merchandise and kept my moneyI'm very disappointed in Yogasmoga's customer service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
We keep going around in circlesIt's obvious that this issue will remain unresolved The bottom line is Yoga Smoga made an offer to customers without properly notifying consumers of limitations.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Yoga Smoga, Inc. has been resolved.
After 35 days after initial order, the business contacted me to inform me the product was out of stock. After additional correspondence, I was able to get the items in another color and they sent me an...

additional t shirt as as apology. While the t shirt fits very poorly and the pants are not the color I ordered nor desired, I am happy to have finally received a product that I agreed to pay for.

Please see attached:There are several discrepancies in [redacted] complaint regarding our SMOGIBUCKS program. When SMOGIBUCKS are given to customer's it is verbalized that this is a "One-Per-Transaction" deal. Our online SMOGIBUCKS are a little different, they can be accrued over time and used on...

one transaction or many, which is explained on our website. This was also explained to [redacted] each time he received a physical SMOGIBUCK. He was never told this was an 'Unwritten Rule' by Customer Service or our Beverly Hills location as that is inaccurate. We did thank him and let him know that we are in fact issuing new SMOGIBUCKS that will clearly state that this is "One-Per-Transaction". We also offered him an additional $25 (you automatically get $25 as a new customer) if he signed up online, which would have given him $50 SMOGIBUCKS to use towards anything he wanted. As for the increments he is attempting to cash in, they do not exist. Our Head of Customer Service asked for a photo of these SMOGIBUCKS with no response back from [redacted]. We do NOT offer SMOGIBUCKS in increments of $10, we only offer $25 and $5. Please let me know if you have any questions - thank you!

Hello,This is in response to complaint ID #[redacted], case opened by Joseph Swift against YOGASMOGA, Inc in regards to our SMOGIBUCKS and the policies surrounding them.SMOGIBUCKS are our version of store credit, and we offer them both online and in store. They can not be combined in store, as they are given as a coupon in store (limit of one per transaction, and they come in increments of $5 and $25, not $20 as he has stated), and can not be used on sale items or accessories. We diligently train our store staff in alerting customers of this policy, in order to minimize confusion during transactions. The customer originally came to our Beverly Hills store and tried to combine all 9 SMOGIBUCKS (a value of $85) he has received in the past into one transaction on a single shirt, priced at $85. When the store staff politely tried to explain our policy to him, he would not accept it, and he was given the number to our Customer Service department where he was, again, explained the policy as we have it. We were unwilling to give him a shirt for free, as this is against our company policy, and at this point he filed the complaint with the Revdex.com.Through communication via our website, we have tried to accommodate the customer, and have offered him SMOGIBUCKS online - including a grand total of 50 SMOGIBUCKS (a value of $50) to use on any full priced apparel and our website, and he has refuted all offers. This is something we do not offer to any of our customers, and were willing to make the exception for him in order to settle this situation and leave all parties satisfied. He did not want to accept this as he wanted to purchase apparel that was on sale with his offered SMOGIBUCKS, and, as mentioned above, SMOGIBUCKS are not able to be applied to sale items in our system. He was made aware of this policy in our initial conversations, and still tried receive items valued at $49 for free via SMOGIBUCKS.While we do our best to accommodate our customers and retain customer loyalty to our brand, we are unwilling to give this customer apparel for free through combining SMOGIBUCKS in one transaction, as this is blatant abuse of our policies and a system we've put into play as an incentive for new customers to try out our apparel. He has never made a purchase with us before this, and has refuted repeated attempts to come to a compromise, leaving us at a loss for how to handle the situation. We are more than happy to compromise at the 50 SMOGIBUCKS for use on our full priced apparel, and continue to extend that offer to the customer if he is so inclined.Thank you,YOGASMOGA Inc.
