Review: I used to work for Yogaworks and was signed up for their "sub" e-mail list. I have requested to be removed from this list 4 times, and have not been removed. I can receive up to 10 e-mails a day from this list. I was also signed up for other mailing lists at Yogaworks that I never agreed to or asked for.
They are unfairly and incorrectly using my personal contact information. I spent 30 minutes going through and blocking each individual person's email, which reduced the amount of e-mails I was receiving, but am STILL receiving them.
I am not alone. In the last e-mail chain that went out another person said they'd asked to be removed (unsuccessfully.Desired Settlement: To never receive marketing in any format from Yogaworks ever again, and to never have a representative from their company contact me unless responding to my requests.
