Rancho Mesa Properties stands by our decision
of not selecting *** *** for this property Mr*** was the first to submit an
application for this propertyKeeping with our promise, his credit and
background check was ran firstUpon reviewing the results, Mr*** was not
selected His credit score was 654, and
had one negative item on the credit reportBased on this credit history our
firm moved to the next applicant

Mesa Properties reiterates Mr***’s application was run first, just as promised
However, after reviewing the report Mr*** was not the best tenant to occupy
this propertyIt is unfortunate that by acting in a manner standard in any industry,
our firm is being accused of fraudulent actsIf there is anything else needed
to document this issue, please let our firm know

I had stated that my credit is in the range of The report that Rancho Mesa Properties ran, shows a score in upper 600's I have been approved by Alliance Property Management as well as San Diego Property Management I do not have any delinquent payments on my credit history, own a house in Scottsdale as well as other assets My score could have been higher however, I was stationed overseas for close to twenty years and have only returned to establish credit in the US from October When I applied, there was no minimal credit score indicated, and I was told first come, first serve basis Since my issue, I see from online reviews, that I am not the first case of this nature

class="MsoNormal" "margin: 0px">This resident has contacted our Property Management firm several times for repairs over the last monthsEach time a repair firm was timely dispatched to correct any requested workOur firm was never notified that any issues were not improperly corrected.
Only during our firm's regular smoke/carbon detector inspection, performed on all each of our firms managed rentals, was this new unreported gas smell detectedAfter the inspection and reviewing the past repairs, a brand new stove was ordered and installed that weekPrior to this replacement, a new gas connector line had been installed and the top stove pilot light had been adjusted.
All communication and work requests received from this resident has been dealt with in a prompt and timely mannerA working carbon detector is also in place on the propertyAt no time has the resident complained this device was sounding any alarm or needed to be serviced.
Our firm did offer to allow this tenant the opportunity to leave his year leaseThe requirements were he would work with viewings of the home and finding a replacement resident to the unitOur firm always works with our residents who wish to relocateHowever this process must make sure property owners do not suffer any financial loss in assisting residents who wish to move.
