Yogini's.  No money has exchanged between Warren and Yogini's.Warren disrupted a yoga class by arriving 15 min late, verbally assaulting to the instructor after being told he was too late for class.  He was asked to leave and told the studio is now closed.  He stayed in the hallway, knocking things around forcing the instructor to ask him to leave a second time told the studio is closed.When Warren returned he was told that due to the breech of his purchaser agreement with [redacted] and Yogini's, Yogini's has the right to refuse service and [redacted] will be happy to return his money 100% and, that there are other [redacted] yoga deals in the area.

Owner of business was rude and physically threatening. She made specific comments that she did not lack recent customers from [redacted]. I feel that her intention is to lure you in, and make you pay directly. Also, I was able to join another local studio and am welcome any time. They don't have such draconian rules as she has.

Review: I purchased a 2 month yoga class package through [redacted]. The woman who claims to be the proprietor of the yoga studio was very rude to me. She used profanity at me because I arrived 5 minutes late. I left, came back over an hour later. Asked her if we could start over. She proceeded to lecture me, use profanity, and say that all she has gotten through [redacted] are a bunch of [redacted]. So I told its fine, I would leave. While I was unlocking my bicycle she comes out of the store, and threatens me and says that if I don't leave immediately that she will call the police. I told her, look I am unlocking my bicycle and I am leaving. There is nothing to say. Please leave me alone. She continued to berate me from her door way while I was leaving. She obviously does not get along with people, and seems to be resentful that she has signed up people via [redacted]. She does not seem to intend to accept new clients at a [redacted] price, but either chase them away or try to get them to sign up at her regular inflated prices. Also in her [redacted] ad, she does not disclose that she offers classes only 2 times a day on weekdays (9am and 5pm, and Saturday (same hours), and only 1 class at 9am on Sunday. So it is very inconvenient to use her yoga studio and classes anyway.Desired Settlement: I want a refund, an apology for her manner and use of profanity, and for her to be removed from [redacted] and any other similar Daily Deal websites and coupon/discount/promotional programs.
