doors and motors since Feb2009, at the time her husband now unfortunately deceased would call us to do routine maintenance on the garage doors and openers and have never had a problemWe where out on the 13th because she said her remotes where not workingWe performed are standard visual inspection to see if there where any problemsThere was notI then proceed to activate the garage door with the remotes she gave us from the carRange was good with the remotes it was opening and closing from the beginning of her drivewayShe then ask us for a extra remote to have just in case for emergencyWe programmed a new one for her and charged her for it. She did not receive a full service call of $plus $for the remote total for her call should have been $160.47 with tax not the $flat fee she charged for the labor and materialShe called us on May 28th and I was not able to return her phone call that dayShe then called again Friday morning the 29th stating that she was having a problem with the remotesThat is approximately weeks from the last time we where out there. She called up yelling at me on the phone saying how she paid $for this and that the remotes are not workingI then ask her if she was using the remotes properly she took that as I was insinuating her that she was stupid which I was notThe remotes are 3 button and was just asking if she was pressing the wrong buttonShe hung up the phone on me and that was the last I heard of this problem until I received the email from Revdex.com.Thank You*** ***
