Review: Yoho, placed a septic and sisterm system in at the location listed, there has been issue with it, with lines breaking, and water coming up out of the ground. [redacted],the man that runs the company, has not returned several calls made to him. When he did return the call he states, I can not do anything until the yard dries, well its not going to dry. He tells us, he will be at the house to fix the problem, and does not show. He stated he would be at my house on a Saturday 8/16/14 at 8 am, never showed. We called him and he stated that he does not start work at 8 am. He told us that he would be out after we called him again, 8/16/14 at 2pm in the afternoon. All that was done is that he dug 2 holes in the yard, and did not replace the pipe. We called again, he spoke with my husband and stated he would be out again on 8/19/14 and never showed up... Again, he did not fix anything, and I am still having an issue with the septic and sisternDesired Settlement: Would like to have the Septic and sistern fixed properly and not have to worry about having water in the yard, and not knowing if it is a hazard.

Review: 1: No one will respond to countless calls, as well as voice mails.2: False promises of completion of work.3: sloppy workmanship overall.4: Trees falling on my property because of poor installation.5: Exposed wiring.6: Septic tank sticking out of the ground.I had placed many many calls to this company with no return calls or answer. I have had what sounds like a child pick up and take a message. I don't know how a company can function without answering the phone or returning calls. The trees that were falling on my property I had to pay for to be cut down and removed all on my buck. I can not cut the grass in my front yard or side yard due to the mounds of dirt, rock, and now mud. My neighbors are angry at the job as well! The company broke my downspout and blamed it on age, but the porcelain pipe was all over their soil they placed back. They fixed this about 4 months after they had put the tank in. This was on June 6th, then have yet to return. I was promised completion by May or June. I was promised a very large pine tree be taken down that us right next to my house. They had dug around it looking for the old septic system and found nothing. My yard is all sunken or raised as well as rocks all over.Desired Settlement: I would like what is promised and paid for. Completion of job, tree taken down, as well as grading and seeing of the land they had disturbed over my entire property. Otherwise I would accept a refund of what was not completed so I can pay someone to finish, as well as reimbursement for the trees I had to cut down due to the installation.

Review: made countless call and left messages the go un answered they were supposed to put the septic in in 2010 it is now 2014 and the health department wants to hold a hearing. even though I paid to do the work almost 4 years ago the work still hasn't been done and when I finally do get a hold of them all I get are lies saying I am next. all I want is the work don so we can go about our lives.Desired Settlement: I just want the work done in a professional matter
