Revdex.com:
Thank you for mediating between Yolo Arborists and myself. Your efforts are very much appreciated. I realized now that the complaint of trespass and disrespectful attitude of the Yolo Arborist team could only end with Sean's final response, "We will not enter the yard." The possibility of an apology or any expression of regret for the undeserved disrespect and stress caused to strangers was a futile hope. The possibility of the Yolo Arborist team learning to not enter any property without the permission of the resident/owner was a pipe dream for an ethical and legal understanding. I must be content with Sean's laconic response. My husband and I forgive him and the Yolo Arborist team for their words, actions, and attitude, aware that forgiveness does not condone any of those issues. Thank you again for acting as go-between and mediating my complaint. The matter is finished.Sincerely,[redacted]

I heard the men yelling, and thought there was an emergency. I discovered that the crew had moved a heavy, patio table into the access walkway so the way was blocked. I asked who they were, and they admitted hopping the fence, and said they would clean up and try to do minimal damage to our yard. Since out own landscapers care had been here a day earlier, the damage, which the yolo arborists left, is easily identified. After speaking to the crew I went inside and told my husband that there were trimmers in the backyard. He went back by the other side walkway. Hearing the same explanation my husband said that the trespass situation was unacceptable. Our new member shouted form the tree that if my husband didn’t like it they (the crew) would leave without removing the extensive debris behind. We contacted our landlord, [redacted]. There were damages and pictures.Desired Settlement: This letter is to notify you that neither Yolo Arborists not any other service has access to this [redacted] property without the notice to and permission form either ourselves, tenants, or [redacted] landlord.
