In February 2014, we then replaced the padding and re-stretched the carpet at no charge
Our installation manager will be returning on Wednesday, April 9th to meet with Mrand Mrs*** to address their new concerns

I will accept the response that the installation manager meet with our family to address our concernsThe installation manager did in fact meet with our family on April 9th, and he assessed that the new carpet padding was faultyThe installation manager also indicated that he would look into finding another manufacturer and I informed him that his idea would be the best solution
Our family is currently waiting to hear back from Yonan to schedule a new date for another carpet padding installation

I walked into Yonan on a Friday afternoon to look for carpeting for my living room, dining room and family room A young woman approached me without any greeting or even a smile on her face She looked me up and down as I told her what I was looking for She took me to the closest display - which was *** and gave me very little information about this product She said she would be the one to come out and measure and seemed to feel that the situation we have in our family room was going to be a big deal to even give me an estimate unless I completely removed all of my present carpeting I asked about the sale that was advertised outside the store, and she basically said it was only for some of their products, though that's not what the sale inferred I asked about Lees carpet and she said they were pretty much the same, but was about to show me the Lees, when someone walked into the showroom She excused herself (as there wasn't any other salesperson in the store) and began a conversation with a man who was someone interested in showing them another line of carpets The conversation went on for awhile, while I was just standing a few yards away - being completely ignored I finally got fed up and started walking out The man said, "Oh you have a customer" and seemed willing to wait But the sales person just stood there as I continued to walk out Then I turned around and said, "That's ok I'm leaving." I turned to this "sales person" and said, "You completely forgot about me." Her response, "OK" No apology - no effort to make things right - just "OK." I was wondering how OK it would be for the owner if he knew he had just lost a potential multi-thousand dollar sale I drove over to one of their competitors*** *** One on *** Hwy in AH There I was approached by a young man who greeted me, listened to what I was looking for, and gave me lots of information and a sample board to take home I am now in the process of deciding on color and will be working with Mark, whose demeanor and customer service was completely different than what I found at Yonan AS it turned out, my brother had also purchased from Mark in the past and was very happy with their service and the carpet he bought for his family room If I could have given no stars I would have!
