Mr*** contacted our company in April to report issues with slow speedsOur technicians responded to the service complaint and improved the connection to the best of our abilitiesAt that time, it was explained to the Mr*** that additional upgrades to the network are planned in conjunction
with the military resources to improve the services being provided to his room along with the other dormitory residents on base; to date we are still working on these upgradesWe spoke to Mr*** at the beginning of July regarding a payment processing issue and ongoing issues were not advised; what was advised is that Mr*** plans on moving off the base later in August and that he would contact our company with a specific dateWe apologize that Mr*** is having additional service issues and would be happy to addressWe will attempt to contact him today to follow up with this complaint and coordinate field response
