The girl who was working Saturday morning said Mrs*** came to pick up two shirts and she realized that the black/gray shirt had iron mark lines on the pocketThere was a misunderstanding when Mrs*** said that I refused to acknowledge the damage when she called me- I asked the girl to send me a picture of the iron marks on the shirt and it was doable for it to be fixed, not ruinedOn the phone, I explained to Mrs*** that if she left the shirt, we would iron it for her again but she ended up taking the shirt with herI am truly sorry that this happened, we will try our best to double check our work

Mrs*** from Yong Cleaners in the Oak Ridge Commons is not telling the truth, in fact she is far from the truthFirst of all, there was no picture taken of the shirt, so that is a lieAdditionally, she does even know the color of the shirt...there is NO gray in the shirt at allThe shirt CANNOT be fixedIt was scorched and it is ruinedThat is what I told her that day on the phone and she refused to reimburse me for the cost of the shirtShe agreed to refund my $2.00, the cost to iron the shirt, and that is itSince then, I took the shirt to other drycleaners and they said it is ruined, scorchedThe lack of professionalism by Mrs.***,as an owner of a business,is patheticMistakes can be made, but Mrs.*** and Yong Cleaners need to own up to their mistakeI will never take my business there again and I also warned many other people about Yong Cleaners in the Oak Ridge Commons
