In regards to Mr *** comments, my complaints is not in regards to the one shirt's box pleat or the other shirt's side pleats (of note: neither of these shirts contains fabric darts), but an abundance of what appears to be permanent wrinkles through the fabric of the shirtsThese wrinkles only were made progressively worse every time (out of the four times cleaned) the shirts were "cleaned" In addition, you can clearly see the shirts have some sort of grease or black substance embedded in the shirts. As a recently retired U.Sveteran and professional, I've been wearing a variety of dress shirts for the last years, and there is no way I could wear these in any sort of business setting.I am requesting for a second time, that the business own up to the damage they cause and replace what they ruined.
