Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Young's cleaners damaged my DKNY pants and they refuse to take responsibility for the damage THEY caused. They claim the damage was caused by a wallet but if that were true then you would see wear and tear on the inner pocket, which there is none. Please see the attached photos for proof. I took my pants to Comet cleaners for years and never had a problem, so how is it when I take my pants to Yong's cleaners for the first time my pants all of sudden are damaged. Comet cleaners are very thorough so they would have told me if there were any signs of a tear which they didn't. I am happy to give the Revdex.com a contact number for the Comet cleaner who can attest to the fact that my pants did not have any damage the last time they cleaned them. The pants are 100% wool so they don't wear out easy and I would have that same damage on my other suits because I wear them just as much, which I do not! The right thing to do is reimburse me what I am rightfully due which is the cost of my suit pants. Also, they lady that brought my clothes in was my wife. Regards, [redacted]
I am the manager at the young ‘s cleaners. I am the person who talk to the customer about this matter. I have been working in the cleaner business for five years. I have seen and saw those marks on the back pocket area every day. Those are the wear and tear form Wallet not anything we have done....
That is the reason why we are not Responsible for the marks. Also he has wearing the suit for year and a half according to his girlfriend. We will take a responsibility if we cause damage. But we did not cause wallet marks. And also I refunded cleaning fee which was 36.48. Even though we cleaned the suits. Thank you for listening our Point of view.
