Good Afternoon, [redacted] only came into Yonkers Auto Mall on a total of occasionsThe first time he came in was late one evening in which he decided he needed to go home and crunch some numbersHe then called us a few days later and told us he was ready to purchase a vehicleThe second visit was when he came in and purchased a vehicle from usAt this time he signed his contract with the bank and all motor vehicle documents At the time of delivery [redacted] purchased an insurance policy with ***The third visit was when he came in a week after he purchased the vehicle from usHe came in and stated that he lost his job and did not want the vehicle anymore We then showed him and explained to [redacted] that he signed a contract which states "NO COOLING OFF PERIOD" simply because you change your mindWe are here to sell cars! We're here to assist with any issues. Our goals are to provide exceptional service to all our customers. Our responsibilities to any customer when it comes to loans are quite simple: we provide the ability for a customer to secure financing for a vehicle through various banks...

depending on which bank will offer the customer the best terms. Money down, APR, term length and stipulations are all part of the equation. Our responsibility is to get the customer the best deal possible. No customer would ever sign any contract before they were told which bank would be issuing the loan. At the same time, we provide well serviced, late model vehicles that offers tremendous value to the customer. From what is understood after speaking with the salesperson, the customer was VERY happy with their purchase of the vehicle. Any service issue (oil change) was immediately addressed and this left the customer completely satisfied. There were no complaints at all until 2 months later we received a complaint from the Bureau regarding an insurance issue. As for insurance, we don't supply insurance to customers. On occasion, we may assist the customer in securing their own insurance policy, but this arrangement and any finalized terms are made directly between the customer and the insurance company or brokerage. We have nothing to do with insurance policies at all. When the customer submitted this complaint to the bureau, we immediately tried contacting the customer and never heard back from them. In fact, we made several attempts to contact the customer with no response back. We are here to assist with any issues. Thank you.

 Everything that was said in there response were false. I contact thrm within a weeks time!! Was never satisfy.....I express my concerns to Anthony the saleperson on numerous occasion I even spome to people at [redacted] regarding what I was ssuppose to tell them during the phone interview. Anthony was the ONE who spoke to [redacted] regarding my car insurance and when I receive the call from [redacted] they said the saleperson Anthony is known for doing things like this!!! It just turn two months on September [redacted] 2015. This is false and I KNOW LONGER WANT THERE CAR!!!

I purchased a car in April 2015, a 2014 Nissan Altima. The car was in good condition and running well. My dealer was Anthony and was eager to sell me the car. After several unnecessary credit checks (I learned that chase approved me but still other checks were ran after), he set up my insurance and I was off the lot two hours later. In the middle of the transaction an Indian or Middle Eastern woman came into the dealership shouting about how Geico canceled her policy because of an incorrect policy address. They tried calming her down and played it off as her being crazy, stating they had no idea who sold her car or the guy wasn’t there even though she identified Anthony. After she calmed down and then they walked her out that was the end of it. 3 months passes with my car and Geico sends me a letter stating my policy was being canceled due to an incorrect policy address. I live in NYC but the policy was quoted for an address in Scarsdale, NY. I went back to the dealership seething because I remembered that woman. They claimed that geico randomly cancels drivers for no reason which was complete bs. Long story short, I had to go with State Farm and Pay well over $500 a month for a year until I could go back to geico. Aside from unnecessary maintenance contracts and sketchy add ones, this was the worst. Don’t buy your car from here and if you do, sign up for the insurance yourself. I was new to the city and didn’t think much when he said full coverage would be $102/mo.

Review: The vehicle was damaged on both sides of the car,. The tires were not the right size for he car and an air bubble was in one of the tires that could've resulting in an accident if I were driving on the highway; destroyed tires, rotters, and suspension. Break pads were worn off, and Back tail light was out, front lights were out and two completely different side mirrors. Ultimately resulting in my paying 3000.00 in repairs. Desired Settlement: I would like to get a reimburse for the money I had to pay to fix the damages that should've have been covered prior to selling the car as a CERTIFIED Pre Owned vehicle.

We checked the vehicle identification number which you provided and that vehicle was bought by some else. The customer whom purchased this vehicle was extremely happy at the time of purchase. No one has contacted us to make us aware of any issues with this vehicle.

If there are any issues with the vehicle, we do not have any problems with fixing anything that needs to be fixed.

We have documents proving we have in fact contacted Yonkers Auto Mall. If need be we can print out phone bill records from our cell phone carriers by [redacted] and [redacted] , a driver on the policy, as well as my work phone records. (please keep in mind, production of records is costly and will be handled on your behalf)

The car over heats, has several body damages and needs replacement of windshield wipers. The power windows get stuck. Not to mention, I never got a second key or a car manual which I was promised. We have spent over 2000 in repairs for this car. It is not fair nor is it ethical to sell a potentially dangerous vehicle. I will continue to let everyone know not to buy cars from YONKERS AUTO MALL. I expect these problems to be fixed or will have no choice but to file a a suit against you. And based on your ratings, there are several unhappy customers that have dealt with you. (more proof)

Review: my complaint with this company has to do with a contract dispute over a car that I wanted to buy. The main reason why I want to cancel this contract is because I went there multiple times and continually ask for the car insurance to be under 200.00. After like the five or six trip there they stated that they were able to do it. They stated that the car insurance was going to be 190.00 to 198.00. When I contact the [redacted] to speak about the policy they stated that price was never that and that it will be 256.00. If that was the case I would have never signed the papers. The vehicle was given back within the proper time allowed but when I went back they stated that wasn’t the case. I felt lied to and cheated into signing something that wasn’t true. Desired settlement: all I want is them to cancel that false contract that if they couldn’t do it then they should have said so.

Review: I went to yonkers automall on july [redacted] 2015 to look into getting a car from a letter I received from [redacted] finance. Before arriving I spoke to anothny [redacted] and he said to come in and he will pay for my taxi there. Upon arriving he showed me several cars which I had no interested in because of the prices, last but not least he show me an honda accord 2012 and said that car was priced around $12k and he mention he can get my monthly payments and insurance under $500 a month and I still stress to him that was too much for me being that I am the only one in my household that's employed. He then told me he will make sure to hold off on the first payment for a month and a half. At the end of the deal I was dealing with another person a women that finalize the purchase for the vehicle she spoke to me and told me not to tell the bank that I rent and I must tell them I live with family so I can get the car. [redacted] never accepted me for their finance loan so they went with [redacted] oration instead and never informed me of it. That very same day I called anthony and said it was scratches and something on the passenger side seat. Several days later I notice the wrench light was on and the oil had gone down. The day that I got the car anthony sent it out to service! When I called him regarding that he said to take it to the bp on central ave not too far from them to check it out because there is oil in it and it's probably a computer error. I went to the bp like he said and the mechanic fix the problem. On august [redacted] , 2015 around 2: 00pm I spoke to an [redacted] customer service regarding a letter I received about canceling my insurance, the women mention to me that she had to cancel because of the wrong address on my insurance policy. Anthony too care of my insurance prior to me leaving the lot with that car, she said that he had done this alot to sale the car because I can't leave the lot without insurance. I called anthony at 2: 39pm and left a message and he never called me back. Desired settlement: return this car!
