Review: I was seen at this office on 10/**/14, for an eye exam. I was prescribed contacts, and was advised to wear a trial pair for a few days and call to place an order if they felt fine. On the same day however payment of $250.00 was required for a one year supply. I made payment with my credit card. A week later the order was placed. It is now 12/**/14,and they cannot produce my contacts. We called several times and each time they told us that the contacts had not arrived. After some calls went unanswered we visited the premises on 11/**/14, we spoke to an [redacted] who presented herself as the technician and stated she did not return calls due to her being on vacation which was only for a week, she then explained the my contacts were on back order. I asked her why couldn't we get a call advising us and she did not have an answer. I then requested a refund in which she stated she would have to speak with her manager who was not available. She then explained that on our receipt it stated no refunds. I said I understand however if you cannot produce what I paid for then you must refund my payment. She then proceeded to advise that she would give me a call when my contacts came in. I received a call on 11/** from worker advising that my contacts would be in on 12/**/14. On 12/**/14, I did not receive a call so I called and was advised my contacts have not arrived and would be arriving by the week. I attempted to contact the head technician [redacted] and have left several messages for her to return my call and she has not.Desired Settlement: I wish to get a full refund as they cannot produce the product that I have paid for. I have made several attempts to speak with [redacted] and everytime I am told she is not in and will get back to me which she does not. I have asked other workers at the location to provide me with [redacted]'s superiors and they claim that they do not know anyone else in charge. Poor customer service and the run around being given and very stressful.
