Yony General Construction

Review: On October 26, 2013, Yony Construction was awarded a contract to repair the men's restroom and a $2600.00 deposit was given for the work to done at [redacted], NJ [redacted] for [redacted] dba [redacted]. Since that date Yony's construction has failed to start the project and when called on numerous occasions Yony's construction continues to give false information that the work will start but it never has started. It is now over 6 months and still the work nor a refund has come from Yony's Construction.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is for Yony's Construction to refund the $2600.00 deposit immediately and to have Yony's Construction do the repair to restroom as promised at which time

once the restroom has been completed [redacted] dba [redacted] will pay Yony's Construction the $2600 for the completion of services.
