Ms [redacted] contacted us requesting a return label as she believes the Van Cleef & Arpels 18k Yellow Gold Mother-of-Pearl and Diamond Vintage Alhambra Ring has been resizedUnfortunately our in-house merchandising team did not find that this piece had been resized when it was being reviewed The VCA stamp on the interior of the ring confirms that it is a Van Cleef & Arpels size Our return policy states, “Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping expenseShip your item using either UPS or FedEx with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the returned itemWe do not recommend using United States Postal Service.” As this is our policy we asked that Ms [redacted] be responsible for the return shipment of the ring Due to the misunderstanding of our company policies we will happily provide Ms [redacted] with a UPS prepaid and insured shipping label for the return shipment of the Van Cleef & Arpels 18k Yellow Gold Mother-of-Pearl and Diamond Vintage Alhambra Ring At this time the label has been emailed to the client’s provided email address of [redacted] Once we receive the item back at our facilities we ask that Ms [redacted] allow us 10-business days, per our return policy, to review the item and process it for return Once Ms***’s account has been refunded she will receive emailed notification Please do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information regarding this transaction Thank you

We are sorry to hear that the client rejected our initial response as he felt we were not thorough enough Due to the behavior displayed in the client’s plus emails we have chosen to no longer accept the business of this individual, as we do not believe that we can fully satisfy the clients needs and want to avoid any further disappointment or heartache We are unclear as to why the client believes there is a civil rights violation occurring as there simply is notWe do not require any of our clients to divulge any personal information aside from a payable name and address and therefore have no insight as to the clients sexual orientation, sexual preferences, race, etc As we view the satisfaction of our clients to be the most important aspect of operating our company we believe that ending the relationship with this client is both healthy and appropriate for both parties We wish the client nothing but the best with his future selling endeavors with a company better suited to his needs

We promptly notified the client of our error and requested that she, along with other clients effected, please be honest and return the funds wrongfully issued to our provided PayPal account. funds were not received as of Wednesday July 26th the decision was made by Yoogi’s Closet to keep the Givenchy item of the client’s until the other transaction was settled. Once the funds are returned we will send the piece to the clients provided address. At this time we have notified the client that we will return her Givenchy piece to her, free of charge, once she either 1. Issues payment to our provided PayPal account of [redacted] in the amount of $520 or 2. Cancels the open claim in PayPal so that a partial refund may be issued. We ask for the client’s honesty and assistance in correcting a double payment and will promptly comply with her request once she helps us with ours.
