Review: When dropping off my clothing for a fold-and-wash in cold water, all of my clothing was clearly washed in hot and shrank a full size each. I've worked with this group many times with no such result, so when I went to obtain my refund and reimbursement for damages per their guarantee, they insisted I was lying, that there was no way they would ever make a mistake and had never had a mistake before or a complaint, and refused to reimburse a penny. They told me in particular there could be no way my clothing shrank as much as I demonstrated unless they ran it in hot water, and insisted there is no way this mistake could have been made. They were rude, and insulting.Desired Settlement: The absolute required refund would be $65.00 for each of two loads ($50 reimbursed guarantee per their advertising, plus $15 for the cost of laundering). Most Wash-and-Folds reimburse instead at a rate of $10/pound. I would obviously prefer this rate, since this has affected my entire wardrobe (I was washing nearly all my clothing before moving, including all work clothes that now fit as to be inappropriate for the workplace).
