We got letter from Revdex.com with customer complaint about repair issues Here is what we did First, customer came in with engine cut off while driving There was no sign of issues on the vehicle such as no engine light, history code or pending We did test drive and nothing ordinary except for dirty throttle bodyTherefore, we did recommended cleaning Next day the customer came again with same complaining, this time we did use oscilloscope to check the camshaft position sensor and crank position sensor signal patterns After that what we found that camshaft position sensor and timing belt were bad.Following the result, we did recommend changing timing belt work including belts, tensioner, idler, water pump and camshaft position sensor However, customer denied water pump, idler balance belt So we changed only timing belt, tensioner and sensor It was on Jan 13, White we were working on timing belt, crank gear back plate was touched to crank position sensor without damaged sensor So we took the plate, readjusted plate that make sure not touching on the sensor and customer took the car at the same day After that we did not hear anything from him until last weekby the way we charged $for the timing belt work including belt, tensioner, labor and shop supplies And $for camposition sensor with labor I could send invoice if u ask One more thing is we made mistake for oil change, but that was free of charge to the customer If you check the invoice we didn't even charge penny for the check up

I am rejecting this response because: my car broke down due to Yoon's Auto Care's mistake, even though they are saying that they did not make any mistakeI explained it in my complaint.
I talked about the problems with two mechanics who are working at two different placesBoth of them think that it is Yoon's Auto Care's mistake. As for the oil chagne, it is not true that it was free, On the receit, they wrote everything in blackLater, they changed the oil without my permission, and someone (maybe, the owner) added "Oil Change 24.00" in blue ink on the receitI think that Yoon's is keeping the receit they made before they marked 'the engine oil change and the price' in blueMaybe, 'oil change 24.00' in blue is marked only on the receit for customerIt happened, because they added later I am keeping the receit, as well as the auto parts and the other receitsIf you want, I can email you the pictures of them, If necessary, I will visit you and show everything
