Yorba Linda Car Wash

Review: I took my car for a regular car wash on 3/23/15 and resulted in a $3316.00 damage. The moment the 2 workers began to vacuum the vehicle I noticed they were not paying attention to the car rather trying to race one another rushing to drive the car. As the result of goofing around they lowered the passenger side window with over 4 inches gap. The water got on the center console and damaged the electronics. The manager acknowledge the damage. I then got an estimate from a local dealership and provided it to the same manager on 3/28/15. My husband had a missed call, this time a Business Development Manager, left a voicemail indicating they are willing to resolve the issue through insurance on 3/31/2015. Stalling started from there. We kept calling and calling. No one responded. Finally we called the business and a young lady promised the owner would definitely call us back. Nothing happened. The business dev manager finally responded on 4/10/15, after we text messaged him we would take further actions. In the text he said the owner had a surgery and needed rest. After an entire month nothing was done besides stalling and excuses.Desired Settlement: We would like the center console repaired by the dealership.
