call/voicemail from *** *** concerning her dissatisfaction with the detail work performed on February and paid for by her, *** ***, on February 19,(see attached copy of receipt)Prior to returning her call, I spoke with our detail department as well as the Customer Service Managers on duty both days *** *** patronized our service department concerning her complaint with the service we performedAfter reviewing the statements of the staff who performed the work as well interacted with *** ***, I returned her call, leaving a voice mail stating we would not refund her money as we had completed the work properlyI invited *** *** to call me if she had any further concernsMy staff nor I received any further phone calls from her nor did *** *** come back to show us the implied "horrible" jobWe did, however, receive a case activity report from *** as *** *** filed a complaint with them as well leaving inflammatory and contradictory reviews on multiple social media sitesEnclosed is the case file from *** outlining a different scenario than what she told me on the phone and reported in her complaint message to the Revdex.comI have also enclosed copies of comments left on *** outlining several significant variations of her complaintOne last point the vehicle had miles put on it before *** *** contacted us.I appreciate the opportunity to respond to *** ***'s complaintIt is unfortunate neither my staff nor myself were able to see the vehicle prior to *** *** trading it in at another dealershipI am confident with the work performed by our professional detailers thus will not refund *** *** money.Regards,Lisa M***York Auto GroupController

I want to apologize for the no response definitely not how we operate .  It was totally my mistake in missing emails.I left message for [redacted] informing her that we would make a refund in the amount of $38.76we do not in anyway single out or have a business plan to exploit...

Review: I took my Corolla to York Auto Group for an oil change and, a four wheel allignment. While removing two of my hub caps on my vehicle the mechanic broke two of my hub caps. Instead of being honest about it and replacing the hub caps the mechanic put the broken hub caps back on my vehicle. After driving it I lost one of the hub caps. Upon inspecting it I noticed four of the clips had been broken off. I called the manager [redacted] to ask for some compensation. He told me to go to [redacted] and buy some new hub caps. I don't want to put after market hub caps on my vehicle. The hub caps are $80 a piece.Desired Settlement: I want York Auto Group to replace the two damaged hub caps.
