Review: My claim # [redacted] My client # [redacted]. In august I did not receive my check, at the end of august I called [redacted] not sure of the spelling her number is [redacted] I told I was missing a check this month, she said that would either cut me a new check or send me a copy of canceled checks witch she later denied saying the later. since then I have called five more times and all [redacted] says is that the checks were send out, well I never made a deposit of 582.37 in my account august, I never received. I called [redacted] yesterday witch was 9/30/13 told her that we needed to get to the bottom of this matter its gone on long enough I want to see the cancel checks or I need to get a hold of the Revdex.com, [redacted] then told me not to threatened her and that she will put in a request for copies of the checks but it will take a while, this has been going on for over a month, I'm on disability and count on getting my checks on time.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

I would like a written apology from [redacted] and someone would else to look in to this matter other than [redacted], also I believe that [redacted] should be reprimanded for her unprofessional attitude. [redacted]

York Risk Services Group, Inc. ("York") is in receipt of your letter of October 4, 2013.

York serves as the workers compensation claims administrator for Salt River Project, which Mr. [redacted]' employer.

Kindly note that two replacement checks were issued to Mr. [redacted].

Mr. [redacted] was issued two checks, but stated he did not receive them. York investigated the matter, the bank and has put a stop payment on the checks and issued replacement checks on behalf of its client.

This issue should be resolved at this moment. York will follow up with Mr. [redacted] to verify that these payments have in fact been received.

Review: On December 14, my parked car was hit by a snow plow. The City of [redacted] Public Works Dept looked up GPS records of the snow plows on my street, and told me to contact [redacted] (part of the [redacted] Corp) and their insurance company York Risk Services Group. After a month of getting no response from [redacted] Sweepers, I filed the claim for the damage done to my car. I first filed the claim with York on 1/14/14. After a week, I was finally given a name of my representative, [redacted]. I called [redacted] everyday, leaving messages, for another week before I reached out to her boss, [redacted]. [redacted] finally returned my calls a week later and said she would 'fast track' my claim. It has now been 9 days without any returned communication from [redacted] or [redacted]. I have no idea what progress has been made or when my mechanic will receive a check so he can begin to start the $2800 in estimated repairs needed. I have had to rent a car to get to my job, which I am paying for out of my own pocket while I wait to be refunded by York Risk Services. It has been extremely unprofessional how the entire staff at York Risk Services has been handling this claim. The lack of communication is nothing sort of appalling.Desired Settlement: I need York Risk Services to provide my mechanic with the check for the assessor's total damages, as well as a check for my reimbursement of rental car costs. Someone from York Risk Services would also be appreciated.

On March 3, 2014, Ms. [redacted] received an email from York‘s adjuster, [redacted] advising Ms. [redacted] that a “Direction of Pay" form had to be completed in order for payment to be issued to the shop, as was directed by Ms. [redacted] (copy attached).

The “Direction of Pay" form was received on March 3, 2014 (copy attached). Payment was issued to the shop on March 4, 2014. The claim in question has been paid in full.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have been dealing with the claim since January 14th. From December 14-January 14 I was attempting to get in contact with the [redacted] client, who rejected all my efforts to contact them. From January 14 until the present date, York Risk Services failed to communicate me with the status or any progress of the claim. They did not even communicate to me that the claim was accepted. York Risk Services have acted completely unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone looking to seek claim representaion.
