We were dispatched to the customer's location by her extended warranty company to replace a tub on her front load washerTwo men were at the location and completed the jobMachine was tested, demonstrated, and the customer signed off on the repair.Several days later I received a call from the customer stating that she noticed a tear in her floorI requested photos, which the customer sent via emailI studied the pictures, and the damage best that I can tell from the photos is in the middle of the laundry room.Curious, I spoke to the two technicians that performed the work and asked about thisThey stated that the repair went fine and had no knowledge of damage occurringI pulled up a copy of the completed work order, which is also an acknowledgement that all equipment and premises have been left in good conditionThe customer had signed it.So, the burning question: How in the world could this damage have been missed? Did it occur after the fact? Was it pre-existing? And why wasn't it pointed out or at least noted upon completion? What am I supposed to do with the customer acknowledging "repairs have been completed to satisfaction" and "all equipment and premises have been left in good condition"? This is the issue I'm havingAlthough we use extreme care, things can happenWe do our best to fix our mistakes, IF THEY ARE IN FACT OURS.It should also be noted that we took NO MONEY from this customerPlease advise me on the next steps to resolution

I am rejecting this response because: York Electronics is saying I damaged my flooring and this is untrue. I immediately contacted them the next day and would like my flooring to be repaired.
