Upon receiving Mr***s response I reject his claim and his statement is blatantly falseAs stated in my initial complaint I was NEVER informed of the one hour labor charge. I even took additional measures in calling them prior to any service was performed informing them of what exactly I wanted done to my truck. I also informed them that I believe it should be covered under the Powertrain warranty that I had. At that time that I made the call, I should have been informed that what I wanted done isn't covered under the warranty and if I still wanted to proceed with the service that I had requestedInstead, they gave the truck a diagnostic test when I never even asked for nor was aware of a diagnostic test and are now trying to charge me for that when that service was never even requested. In conclusion, the statement made by *** *** is when he states that I was aware and it is even contradictive, specifically when he states that I was under the impression that the damages would be covered under warranty but I was also aware of the one hour labor chargeI never would have agreed to the charges if I was under the impression that it was covered under warranty. This is an outright unfair and deceptive business practice

This complaint has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction. No further action is required.

Ms. [redacted] has an ongoing stalling problem with her vehicle that has not been resolved. Ford field engineers have been on site to help address the problem, and we are continuing to work with Ford to try and resolve.

 In response to your claim that I agreed to split the cost is completely false.  I did not agree on splitting the cost and the [redacted] police officer that arrived on scene can attest to that in his police report. The only reason I paid that portion was because your service department refused to release the vehicle to me unless I paid that amount.

The customer had many phone calls during the diagnose and was aware of the diag charge off 1hour labor. The Customer agreed but actually felt that the repair would be covered under a warranty. When we discovered the issue and made him aware it wasn't then he denied knowing anything and felt all are...

work on the vehicle up to that point should be free. I then offered to split the coast after he made mention to me more that once how unhappy he was that Ford wouldn't warranty the repair and that he works at the court house. We have resolved the issue buy splitting the coast at the time of pick up . Thank You [redacted]
