We had a new heat & ac unit installed 2 years ago in Aug. Since then have had nothing but trouble with it. Had the installer come out many times & tried to fix the issue, But never was able to fix it. Tried another company they came back & wanted to sell us another unit. Then on 7/11/2020 had Ges heating & cooling come out & found the real problem. The factory didn't seat the plug in the compressor all the way & as a result it burnet out & the unit was not working. We had there so called factory trained techs come here on many times for this issue & nobody saw what was wrong. So as a result I don't see why we should be libel for the cost of repair of this unit as none of there tech's could or would fix it when they first came to look at it under warrantee. And if I don't get what I had to pay I will take then to court. And recover the $1,322.50 we had to pay to get this factory boo boo repaired
