To Whom it may concern:I am Writing in regards to a letter I received about a dispute a customer filed. The complaint was filed by [redacted] (ID [redacted]) on 4/15/2017. The complaint states there was a disconnect between the work scope & the work completed. I have tried the contact Mrs....

[redacted] twice and have not received any return calls.I am not sure why there was a dispute filed in the first place? At York Home Performance we have a 0$ down policy with payment due when work is completed. Before we accept payment for any job we make sure the contracted scope of work is completed. The issue she stated with the windows not caulked correctly & entry door weather stripped would have been completed before we received payment.I have been unable to getahold of Mrs. [redacted] to try to satisfy her concerns/issues.
